HVAC contractor serving the Capital Region

Aircon Heating & Cooling was founded by Marc, a hands-on HVAC technician who spent over five years in the field before going out on his own. He worked across residential and commercial systems, building real skills in diagnostics, installations, and customer care. That time in the trade taught him something simple: most customers just want honest answers and work done right the first time.

In 2023, Marc launched Aircon Heating & Cooling with that idea at the center. He wanted to build a company rooted in integrity, fair pricing, and service that actually lasts. No shortcuts, no upsells that don't make sense, and no leaving a customer in the dark about what's going on with their system.

We are a family-owned and locally operated business, and that shapes how we work every day. When you call us, you're reaching a team that treats your home or building the way we'd want ours treated. Every job gets the same level of care, whether it's a quick repair or a full system replacement.

We handle both residential and commercial HVAC needs across the Capital Region. On the residential side, we repair and replace air conditioning and heating systems. For commercial customers, we service and replace rooftop units and keep heating and cooling systems running through the demands of a business environment.

Our service area covers Schenectady, Albany, Colonie, Latham, Guilderland, Delmar, Bethlehem, Glenmont, Clifton Park, Halfmoon, Niskayuna, Scotia, Glenville, and Rotterdam. If you're in the Capital Region and your system isn't working the way it should, we're close by and ready to help.

Aircon Heating & Cooling has grown steadily since opening, built almost entirely on word of mouth and repeat customers. That kind of growth doesn't happen with mediocre work. It happens when people trust you enough to send their neighbors, family, and coworkers your way.

If your heating or cooling system needs attention, give us a call today. We'll give you a straight answer, a fair price, and work you can count on.
